In 2018 with response to a desire to maximise Aboriginal involvement and employment on current and upcoming projects and to offer more services a partnership with Ivan Thompson from Trenching Systems Australia and Bundu Contracting was formed.
iCADS is Aboriginal majority owned and operated, with traditional links to the West Kimberley through family members of the YawurNative Title Claim.
